Favorite Wine: Cabernet, Sangiovese and Chardonney

My husband took me to del Rio, Texas for part or our honeymoon. Since I met him he has told me how outstanding the wine is @ the oldest winery in Texas. He was correct! We tasted all the wines. and our three favorites are the Cabernet, Sangiovese, and we agree that the best Chardonney we ever had was Val Verdes.

Favorite Wine: Texas Rose

Visited Texas for the first time this year. Made a visit to the oldest winery in Texas. They only have about six wines and two of them are made from the grapes grown there. Of them all, we enjoyed the Texas Rose the most although most of them were unremarkable to our taste.
