Favorite Wine: Gewurtztraminer, Contero Moscato.

We were in the Catawba region for a few days, and stopped in on a Holiday weekend Sunday night - wow was it crowded! We decided to come back on Monday, and I'm glad we did. The tasting room is large and can accomodate a lot of people, and the staff are friendly, quick and knowledgeable. We loved the Gewurtztraminer, and decided to have a bottle with our dinner excellent choice! The lobster bisque is the best I've ever had, and the walleye is fantastic. Believe it or not, even with a good sized crowd we were seated on the patio and it felt fairly cozy and peaceful. So if you go and it's crowded - come back later - it's worth it!

Favorite Wine: Pink Catawba

Extremely knowledgeable staff. It is a must see due to the history. Great selection of wines. The restaurant has some tasty dishes.

Good looking place. I think it is more of a restuarant? Not sure if they actually make wine on property.

great place for dinner. have a wine and dine on saturday nights, for fifty dollars, two dinners and a bottle of wine. wonderful. I had a huge prime rib, and my husband had a beautiful steak.
