Favorite Wine: Dry Riesling

First thought - extremely touristy! We stopped on Saturday afternoon - very busy (2 tour buses in the parking area). However the tastings were done quickly and efficiently. The grounds were fantastic, the wines just sort of average - what you would expect for a commercial operation. I'd still go back, even at a hectic pace it was fun!

Favorite Wine: Ice Wine

I am a sweet wine drinker and normally stick to white but the Roadhouse Red is one of my favorite red wines. However their Ice Wine is my favorite from them. They also have a great patio area.

Favorite Wine: Frost Fire

Hidden in the mild hills of Amish country just a bit off Interstate 77. Also friendly and quite a variety of wines. A great place to visit, especially when the leaves turn color.

Been there several times. Good food, enjoy the 'sweeter wines'. Nice place to stop and relax while in the area. A little too commercial.

Favorite Wine: First Crush

Great sitting out on patio on a nice warm day with your bottle of wine. Very recommendable for relaxing and visiting. Gift shop too commercialized, no theme, except expensive odds and ends gifts.

Have not yet been to the winery, but the wines I have had from there were very good. The Cherry tastes exactly like a sour cherry pie. It is amazing if you like fruit wines.

Touristy. More like a California winery with an Amish twist. The wine sweeter, but good. A nice break when visiting Amish country.
