Wagner Vineyards

I just didn't care for Wagner. Can't put my finger on it - maybe the server and the girl up front arguing over how the tastings were explained to everyone (not just us), or the rushed tasting experience. Could also be that the front desk was somewhat surly over whether you were there for beer or wine - hurry it up. The wines weren't that spectacular either. Not any one thing was negative - but I think the combination was a turn-off. I might give them another chance on my next visit to the lakes. Thanks!

Host was great, everyone there very helpful. our favorite place. tour of winery was cool. nice wines, ice wine yum.

great staff. wines on tasting list were a little dry, but the delaware and the niagara wines are great here. great prices. beautiful property.

Favorite Wine: reisling reserve

Winery and brewery that have a great staff. Place can get quite busy at times and make you feel a bit rushed to get in and out though. A great place to take beer fans in a group that is more into wine. Like I said a little something for everybody here.

Favorite Wine: Vignoles Ice

We enjoy Wagner's because it is both a winery and Micro-brewery. People who give tastings are good fun. Last couple times we were at the Ginny Lee cafe were disappointing, they were catering to large parties, rest of the diners got second best in food and service.
