Incredibly rude staff! Like the above review we saw cars at the Winery so we decided to go get a bottle since it was my Mom's birthday. We get to the gate and the guy annoying tells us he is going to have a concert and we'd have to hurry up. We had never been there how could we hurry? We decided not to go in because obviously he didn't want us there. I emailed the Winery to tell them how rudely we were treated and the Owners wife starts blaming me?!?! Rude staff and even ruder owners. Avoid at all cost!

poor customer service. They were too arrogant to help us. Wine quality was low and prices were way to high for bad wine. We walk out after having poor service. I would not go back.

Favorite Wine: N/A
Supported this business as it opened up across the street from our house and we were glad a Walmart or CVS did not pop up there in it's place. However - from day one the wine was so-so. We liked 2 of them and then they changed one of them (for the worse). Plus, they are really pricey for a vineyard that has not been open very long and for the types of wine they make. There are vineyards on the East Coast with much more experience making wine AND they charge less. The last 2 times we went there was an oldish/elderly woman who did our tasting and frankly she was not that pleasant. This last time we were driving past, when we had in town guests (the kind that enjoy white zinfandel type wines) so we drove up quickly to get a bottle. The wine tasting sign said "open." Before we could even get to the door it flies open and the cranky woman who is not my favorite starts berating us about not being part of their appetizer party. All I said was "you sign said open and we just wanted to buy some wine." "Well, what bottles." "Umm..." One of the other employees said to let us in and we purchased our wine incredibly quickly without anyone thanking us for our $70 some dollar purchase. I post on their FB page and one of the owners says "I'm sorry but...." So, basically I was wrong. They leave their win tasting sign up to not confuse the private parties but don't worry about confusing the public. I was also supposed to have memorized the hours on their door - which you can definitely NOT see from the street and I didn't even get close enough as Mrs. Crank Tank flung the door open to yell at me before we even got there. The only reason why we purchased wine was b/c my guest was there and I think I was just confused by what was even going on. Oh and he reminded me that every time we get a "tasting" they are doing me a favor. Their customer service is lame, wine is lacking and way too expensive for what it is and they don't have much professionalism - ALL in my own opinion. If you want some good wine. Hit up your local mom and pop liquor. You will develop a great relationship with them, they will give you great recommendations and you won't have buyer's remorse. FIN.
